WHAT IS THE DURATION OF MY ICON WARRANTY?

For models manufactured in 2023 or later, ICON EV warrants each ICON EV branded golf car sold by ICON EV or any of its authorized dealers or distributors worldwide, to be free of defects for a period of three years from the date of sale.

WHERE CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION REGARDING MY ICON’S WARRANTY?

ARE MY BATTERIES COVERED UNDER THE SAME WARRANTY?

No, AGM batteries have a 2 year warranty. Lithium batteries have their own independent warranty provided by Eco Battery. You can view the warranty by visiting www.ecobattery.com/pages/warranty

IS MY WINDSHIELD COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

Yes. Manufacturing defects of your windshield are covered. Windshield repair/replacement is not covered when damage is a result of breakage from road debris or a strike from an outside source, or if it has sustained damage due to misuse, abuse, or excessive wear & tear.

CAN I HAVE ANOTHER DEALER WORK ON MY GOLF CAR?

Yes. Any authorized ICON EV dealer can perform warranty work on your golf car; however, your original dealer is responsible for warranty work after the sale. If you decide to get warranty work done outside of the dealer who sold you your golf car, the parts will be supplied to the non-selling dealer from the Manufacturer, however, the non-selling dealer may or may not charge labor. Work performed outside of an authorized ICON dealer or ICON Service Factory Center may void the Limited Warranty.

WILL ICON PAY TO HAVE MY GOLF CAR DELIVERED TO THE DEALER FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS?

No. Any and all expenses incurred in transporting the vehicle to and from ICON or an authorized dealer will be the sole responsibility of the golf car owner unless otherwise noted by the service provider. *Icon Golf Cars charges a minimum site visit fee of $99 and a minimum pickup and drop off fee of $149 for all warranty repairs starting 6 months after ownership*

WILL ADDING ACCESSORIES TO MY GOLF CAR VOID MY WARRANTY?

No. The addition of accessories is welcomed and encouraged. Added accessories will only interfere with warranty coverage when that accessory is directly related to the failed component. All accessories must only be installed by an authorized ICON EV Dealer.
